Very age-appropriate, engaged the

children with little quizzes, super slide

presentation loved the extra activities

suggested as well as handouts.

I found Ms. Nina's

presentation to give a wonderful

broad overview of Japanese

culture and beliefs behind the

culture, but she was also able to

elaborate well on specific topics

that we as a class had questions on!

The instructor was very informative,

explaining a lot more than what I was

expecting to get kept interested and

kept us going.

Very easy going and friendly instructor,

talked about the history of calligraphy,

as well as their personal experience

learning calligraphy. Hands-on course,

the best way I learn.

Nina is an excellent teacher. She squeezed in lots of information in a few classes. Nina was very willing to answer questions and elaborate on topics. The handouts were helpful as well as the presentations. I felt comfortable participating in class.

Our students were engaged and

enjoyed learning about school in Japan.
